Are you looking for some cosy get-togethers with family and friends, some sporty days in our wonderful mountains or some calm days just to relax? Our apartment for 4 adults is the perfect place to stay in a traditional Tyrolian cosiness.
Apartment 1 is perfect for 4 adults – you have enough space to enjoy. The room offers about 55sqm. There are two bedrooms with comfortable beds and enclosed bathrooms. After a day full of adventures in the mountains you can come back, relay and feel like home in the linig area. There you can chill, watch TV or cook for your beloved ones. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, induction cooker, microwave and toaster. Relax on our sunny southbound balcony and enjoy the wonderful view to the Tyrolian mountains. One of the bedrooms is separated on the opposite so it is perfect to have some privacy.

BOOKING INFORMATION:
Prices:
All mentioned prices are for one day including lines, towels and electricity. All prices are in European Euro including VAT, excluding local tax and cleaning fee. Changes in prices, seasons and toping errors are reserved.
Cleaning fee:
Appartment 1: € 66,–
Appartment 2: € 66,–
Appartment 3: € 60,–
Tax:
Our local tax is € 2,60 per person and day. Kids until the age of 15 do not have to pay our local tax.
Cancellation fee:
We hereby want to inform you that the Austrian general terms and conditions of the hotel industry apply (AGBH 2006).
Particularly cancellations of bookings lead to the following consequences:
Later than 3 months before the date of arrival the booking can be cancelled without any cost.
Cancellations which are not within this time frame will lead to the following fees:
– 3 months up to 1 month (31 days) before arrival - 40% of the following fees;
– 30 days to one week before arrival - 70% of the room rate;
–in the last week before arrival - 90% of the room rate.
